Endicott Credit Union Robbery - September 9, 1999
Facts of this case as provided by Endicott New York Police Department.

On Thursday, September 9, 1999 at about 9:15am, an armed robbery took place at the BCT Federal Credit Union, 628 East Main Street, Endicott, NY.

On that morning a lone suspect entered the Credit Union with a piece of paper in his hand and indicated that he needed some assistance. The suspect jumped over the counter and ordered three female employees to lie down on the floor. He then went to the open safe and put money into a camouflage bag that he had brought with him. The suspect then ordered one of the employees to open two teller drawers, then he removed money from the drawers. The suspect asked where the back door was and then fled the scene with over $30,000.00 in cash.

The suspect displayed what appeared to be a small, semi-automatic handgun.

Suspect Description: Black, male, early to mid twenties, height approx. 5'10", slim to medium build, band-aid over bridge of nose.

Clothing When Seen: Black shirt, khaki pants, sunglasses and a blue colored ball cap with some kind of police patch on it.

Suspect Vehicle: It is unknown if the suspect had a vehicle.

Binghamton Crime Stoppers is offering a reward of up to $1000.00 for information which leads to the arrest and indictment of the individual(s) responsible for these crimes.

Additional Reward Information: BCT Credit Union is offering an additional $5,000.00 reward for information which leads to the arrest and conviction of the individual(s) responsible for this robbery.
