Marcel "Big" Williams During a recent investigation by the Binghamton Police Department Special Investigations Unit it was determined that one Marcel Williams had sold drugs recently in the downtown Binghamton area. As a result of the Investigation, City Court Judge John T. Hillis has issued an Arrest Warrant for Williams on the charge of Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance in the Third Degree, a Class B Felony. Williams has not been arrested on that warrant and remains at large at this time. Williams is described as a black male, 5’11" tall, 21 years of age, 200 pounds in weight, brown eyes, brown hair, medium build and medium complexion. Williams may have a goatee and may have braided hair. Williams goes by the street name of, " Big". Prior to residing in Binghamton, Williams resided in Brooklyn, New York. Because of the nature of this particular investigation, no more details of the case can be released at this time. Binghamton Crime Stoppers is offering a reward of up to $1000.00 for information which leads to the arrest and indictment of the individual(s) responsible for these crimes. |
