Stephen T. Brown

In the Spring of 2002, the Binghamton Police Special Investigations Unit conducted an investigation into drugs being sold from a south-side apartment. The investigation led to the execution of a "no-knock" search warrant which resulted in the recovery of a quantity of drugs and the arrest of an individual for the sale of drugs. Also implicated in this investigation was one Stephen T. Brown.

On June 12, 2002 Binghamton City Court Judge John T. Hillis issued an arrest warrant for Brown, which charges him with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the third degree, a Class B Felony, and for Criminal Possession of Marijuana in the fourth degree, a Class A Misdemeanor.

Brown has not been arrested on the warrant, and remains at large at this time.

Stephen T. Brown is described as a black male, born January 11, 1975, 5’10" in height, 175 pounds in weight, curly black hair and brown eyes, possibly with a mustache. Brown uses two aliases - Troy Brown and Chad Lucas. Brown’s last known address was in Harlem, New York.

Binghamton Crime Stoppers is offering a reward of up to $1000.00 for information which leads to the arrest and indictment of the individual(s) responsible for these crimes.
