Binghamton Strong Arm Robbery - June 18, 2002
On Tuesday June 18, 2002 a strong arm robbery occurred at the Eckerd Drug Store located at 67 Robinson Street, Binghamton, New York. At approximately 6:50PM on that date a man entered the store and approached a female cashier who was at a register near the front of the business. The man asked for and received change from the cashier , then started for the store exit.

As the cashier arranged money in her drawer, the man suddenly turned around and walked back over to the register. He told the cashier to keep quiet, then reached into the open cash drawer and began removing money from it. When the cashier told the man to stop, he told her to keep quiet or she was going to get hurt. After removing the money from the drawer, the man fled the building through the front door.

No weapon was displayed during the commission of this crime.

Suspect Description: White, male, 5'10"-6'2" in height, bald, wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt and gray sweat pants.

Binghamton Crime Stoppers is offering a reward of up to $1000.00 for information which leads to the arrest and indictment of the individual(s) responsible for these crimes.
