The Endicott Police Department, in conjunction with the New York State Police Community Narcotics Enforcement Team conducted an investigation on several subjects who were involved in the sale of cocaine during the summer months of 2001. All but one of the individuals involved in that investigation have been arrested and have pled guilty to their respective charges. The individual who has not yet been brought to justice in this matter is one Raheem A. Gibson.

In September of 2001, the details of Gibson’s narcotic activity were presented to a Broome County Grand Jury. Subsequently, Broome County Court Judge Martin E. Smith issued a warrant for the arrest of Gibson on a charge of Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance in the Third Degree, a Class B Felony. Gibson remains at large and has not been arrested on that warrant.

Gibson is described as a male, black, 26 years old, date of birth March 12, 1976, Approximately 5’8" tall, 200 pounds in weight, short black hair and brown eyes.

Gibson’s last known address was in Endicott, New York

Binghamton Crime Stoppers is offering a reward of up to $1000.00 for information which leads to the arrest and indictment of the individual(s) responsible for these crimes.
