Binghamton Strong Arm Robberies

| On Monday, December 30, 2002, shortly after midnight, a 56 year old Binghamton man was attacked by 3 males as he walked through the parking lot of Hollywood Video, 279 Main Street, Binghamton. The three males first surrounded the man, then one of them kicked him in the back while the other two dragged him to the ground. The attackers frisked the man, searching for valuables to steal, and after finding nothing, left the area on foot, west on Main Street. The victim was uninjured in this incident. |
The Suspects in the Hollywood Video incident are described as Black males, age around 18, One is about 5’8" tall wearing dark clothing and a hood. The other two are about 5’4", wearing dark clothing and one with a knit cap. Binghamton Crime Stoppers is offering a reward of up to $1000.00 for information which leads to the arrest and indictment of the individual(s) responsible for these crimes. |
