Endicott Stolen Property

In October of 2003, several thefts occurred from buildings and vehicles in the north and west sides of the Town of Union, Broome County, New York. These thefts were investigated by the New York State Police, the Broome County Sheriff’s Office and the Village of Endicott Police Department. As a result of the investigation, Derek Milaski was arrested, and several of the reported stolen items were recovered.

The owners of most of the recovered stolen property have been identified, however, the Endicott Police Department has in it’s custody some property that the true owner of is unknown. The property consists of 3 pieces of professional/commercial lawn care equipment, believed to be worth several thousand dollars. Investigators feel that this property may have been taken from an unknown location on the north side of Endicott Police are seeking any information that will help to identify the true owners of the recovered lawn care equipment, and further the investigation, possibly leading to additional charges, suspects or property.

Binghamton Crime Stoppers is offering a reward of up to $1000.00 for information which leads to the arrest and indictment of the individual(s) responsible for these crimes.
