The Deputy, in a marked Police Car, pulled in behind the red Hyundai on Front Street and attempted to pull it over. Ignoring the Deputy and refusing to pull over, the driver of the vehicle, a white male, continued south on Front Street into the City of Binghamton. Also in the vehicle was an adult white female and two children. The vehicle turned right from Front Street and proceeded west on Prospect Street with the Deputy still in pursuit.
