Binghamton NY, Angel L Pomales

On Wednesday, June 25, 2003, at about 1:20 PM, a shooting took place at 16 Tompkins Street, Binghamton, New York. In that incident, a 22 year old Binghamton man named Jonathan T. Rosado, date of birth July 31, 1981, was shot once in the torso. He recovered from his injuries following emergency surgery at Binghamton General Hospital. Binghamton Police initiated an investigation into the shooting, however, no arrests were made at the time of the incident.

At about 11:45 PM on Sunday, August 3, 2003, a shooting took place at the Ramada Inn, 65 Front Street. In that incident, Anthony A. Tillman, at the time 22 years old, date of birth September 15, 1980, was shot in the head. He too recovered from his injuries following emergency medical care at Upstate Medical Center in Syracuse, New York.

The subsequent investigation into both shootings resulted in the August 5, 2003 arrest of . Tillman for Attempted Murder in the Second Degree, for the June 25, 2003 shooting of Jonathan Rosado. Additionally, on June 15, 2004, an 18 year old Binghamton woman, Enid Maldonado and Jonathan T. Rosado were arrested and each charged with Attempted Murder in the Second Degree for the August 3, 2003 shooting of Anthony A. Tillman. The shooting of Tillman was apparently done in retaliation for Tillman shooting Rosado back in June of 2003. All three are currently in the Broome County Jail without Bail, awaiting further court action.

Binghamton Police are seeking another suspect in the attempted murder of  Tillman, that being an individual named Angel L. Pomales. Pomales is described as an Hispanic male, 23 years of age, born July 10, 1980, 5’5" tall, 155 pounds in weight, brown eyes and black hair.

Binghamton Crime Stoppers is offering a reward of up to $1000.00 for information which leads to the arrest and indictment of the individual(s) responsible for these crimes.
