Vestal NY, Credit Card Larceny

On Sunday, June 27, 2004, a woman filed a report with the Vestal, New York Police Department regarding stolen credit cards. The woman reported that her cards were stolen at the Oakdale Mall in Johnson City, and then used illegally at various locations throughout the Town of Vestal.

The subsequent investigation by the Vestal Police Department revealed that the cards were illegally used on June 26, 2004, at Wal-Mart at 2405 Vestal Parkway East, Town Square Mall, and at the Rodeway Inn, 900 Vestal Parkway East.

Additionally, two attempts to use the cards were made at the Manley’s Exxon which is located on the western end of the Vestal Parkway.

One of the illegal transactions was caught on surveillance tape. It reveals that there are two female suspects involved. Pictures of these two suspects have been developed from the surveillance tapes.

Suspect number one is described as, and appears in the video as a black female, approximately 5 feet 5 inches tall and weighing in excess of 350 pounds. She appears to be in her mid to late twenties, and has short black hair. Suspect is wearing a grayish black dress with a white collar.

Suspect number two is a black female, appearing to be in her mid to late twenties, approximately the same height as suspect one and weighing about 140 to 150 pounds. She is last seen wearing a pink button up shirt and pink pants.

Binghamton Crime Stoppers is offering a reward of up to $1000.00 for information which leads to the arrest and indictment of the individual(s) responsible for these crimes.
