The Broome County Sheriff’s Department is investigating a burglary that occurred at Highland Park, 801 Hooper Road, Endwell, New York. On Wednesday, January 12, 2005, the park’s Maintenance Garage was broken into. The structure is located at the west end of the Highland Park complex. The subsequent Sheriff’s Department investigation has determined that at least two subjects were involved in the break in. Entry to the building was gained by smashing out a window with a concrete block. During the entry, at least one of the subjects sustained a cut from the broken glass. A trail of blood was left throughout the building. Taken in the burglary were several items of an undisclosed value, including power tools and candy. |
